News Flash: Mllango Village, Eldoret, Kenya

Development within the Mllango Village is fast progressing, and the project is already making a huge difference to the lives of the children and staff within the orphanage. At present, there are 5 children’s homes completed, as well as 3 visitors homes, a school, roads, power station, and both crops and live stock are now being introduced to the development. The African huts are under construction, which will each provide accommodation for visitors. The next phase will include, children’s resource area including football pitch, and more children’s homes and visitors accommodation. The big chief is currently on site, discussing the master plan and future building stages. The future is very positive, and CaD feel blessed to be a part of such an amazing project.

News Flash: Lifespring Church, Ollerton

The scheme for a new church in Ollerton is officially now on site. Building work is progressing for the scheme which incorporates an extension to the existing church, therefore facilitating the expanding congregation with a new worship space, as well as providing a community cafe and social area. We look forward to the project being competed in September, 2011 and will keep you updated on the development progress. Exciting times in the CaD office.

CaD would officially like to announce the opening of the Wellspring Church, Watford, a development scheme which will provide the congregation with much needed church and community facilities. The Wellspring Church, Watford is now officially open to the public, a scheme which will provide much needed facilities for the congregation and wider community. Within an interview with both the local Major, Dorothy Thornhill, and Peter Stott, the pair collectively discuss the churches struggles over the years, and each outlines the future for the church itself.

“Scaffolding being taken down to reveal a building with a transparent frontage, a building that does not look like a normal church, but a facility where people on the outside could easily see life within.” – Peter Stott

News Flash: Redcar Church
